Booked a table for 12, quite last minute and for a Saturday evening pre-Mother’s Day, Bills was very quiet which we were surprised by. Nevertheless, lovely venue, good lighting, seating was great, everything was really smart, clean and tidy. Great choice of food and drinks on menu, offering great versatility. Quite a range of options for vegans and vegetarians. Service was really good, and the staff were very polite and helpful. We had dinner. All food came out amazing, each guest was singing its praises. Superb value for money. Cocktails were nice. Round of desserts also did the job, just one guest was not given a spoon for their dessert so had to ask again. When it came to paying the bill, it was a great option to be able to pay at the table scanning the QR code and made it most advantageous for a group booking this size, as each person paid individually. The only thing to note, is please make it clear when you offer ‘options’ like cheese and bacon to burgers, to avoid confusion with ‘extra’s’, as this poses the extra charges but it was described to us by the gentleman taking the orders that these things were ‘optional’. Yet, when it came to the receipt, it was a different tale. One of our guests ended up paying for bacon that wasn’t even ordered, but was placed in the burger, so had to pay extra. Will come again, and great for group bookings. Thank you!

Had such a lovely experience at Bill’s! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming—but what really stood out was the service. Our waiter, Abbie, was absolutely exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. You could tell she genuinely cared about our experience, and her energy added such a personal touch to the evening. Big thank you to Abbie for making our visit extra special—we’ll definitely be back!

Lovely restaurant.A young lady called Bethan served us, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she was more than happy to help with any questions. A genuinely lovely person with a smile that brightens the room

Came here with my sister for lunch quickly. Although we was there for only 20 minutes roughly, our server Keira was nothing short of amazing, as she showed determination and consideration to making our stay as satisfying and happy as possible, and it must be said, she made it significantly better. The food was immaculate and would come again!!

Bills has a welcoming atmosphere and lovely, helpful and polite employees. In particular, Bethan (my server) was happy to help and went above and beyond even with the amount of sauce requests my table of 4 gave her! Overall would rate the affordability of the restaurant 5/5 stars and the experience 5/5. It’s accessible and great for kids, adults and the elderly! Would highly recommend and big props to our server!

I came here with my parents on Saturday to have lunch and catch up, and couldn’t recommend a better place in Worcester. The food was incredible, and the service was excellent. We was served by Keira, who did an amazing job of making sure we were satisfied and ultimately providing a caring service to the restaurant. Would definitely go here again!

We love Bills but this was our first time in Worcester. Fantastic food in a lovely setting. Pavel served us and he was the most polite and charming young man, he made our experience so much better.
